Hotel Accessibility

Parking and Entrance:

  • Our on-site parking garage meets ADA requirements and is spacious enough to accommodate ADA accessible vans.
  • A sloped entrance provides wheelchair access from the parking garage to the lobby and reception area.
  • We have one designated handicapped parking space.

Guest Rooms:

  • We offer three ADA-compliant rooms, each thoughtfully designed to meet a variety of accessibility needs:
    • Room 301 (ADA King Room): Wheelchair accessible, roll-in shower, grab bars in shower and toilet areas, handheld shower head, roll-under vanity, lower mattress, strobe light smoke detectors, and lowered privacy peephole.
    • Room 315 (ADA Suite): All features of Room 301 plus a wet bar, ADA accessible cabinetry, and a call button for the hearing impaired.
    • Room 412 (ADA Balcony Suite): All features of Room 301 plus an accessible balcony.

Additional Room Features:

  • Although not all rooms are ADA-compliant, many offer features suitable for those with limited disabilities, including lower vanities, lower beds, flat floors, step-in showers with a two-inch lip, wide doorways, and closed captioning on all TVs.

Amenities and Common Areas:

  • The Twinflower Café and Five of Clubs bar on the lobby level are accessible and offer ADA seating.
  • The Astraea Spa, with its reception on the lobby level, is fully accessible, and treatment rooms on the second floor are accessible by elevator.

Reservation Policies

  • We ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations in the same manner and during the same hours as those without disabilities.
  • We have identified and described the features in our hotel and guest rooms in detail to allow individuals with disabilities to determine whether our hotel meets their needs.
  • We guarantee that rooms, once reserved, are held for the reserving customer. We make reasonable efforts with third-party reservation systems to make all rooms available through at least some of these services and they must provide these third-party services with information concerning the features of the hotel and rooms.

Service Animal Policies

  • Guests with legitimate service animals as defined in the ADA will be provided access to all areas of the property afforded to those without service animals.
