Crafted Conversations: Bully Boy

Join us at Five of Clubs, located inside the Longfellow Hotel, for our Crafted Conversations series, where the artisans behind your favorite sips, spirits, brews, and bites will be available to share their craft and inspiration. Sip and savor as they take you on a journey from ingredient to glass, offering a rare glimpse into the passion and process that define their creations.

This series will be held from 5-7pm on the second Thursday of each month. This month, we’re thrilled to host Bully Boy.

Bully Boy was founded in 2010 by brothers Will and Dave Willis. They were raised on a now 5th-generation working farm in Sherborn, MA where they learned by  distilling fall batches of apple brandy on a small 5-gallon stove-top still. Today, Bully Boy has a 15+ product line and full distribution throughout New England, while never losing touch with it’s roots as they grow a portion of their corn for their whiskies on that same family farm in Sherborn.

We’ll be featuring Bully Boy’s Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon. It’s a 5yr, 100-proof expression with a mash-bill of 61% Corn, 24% Malted Rye, 15% Malted Barley. every step of the process, mash-fermentation-distilation-aging-bottling, is done entirely on-sight at their facility in Roxbury.
