Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Mark the change of seasons with a deeply restorative sound bath led by Astraea Spa Manager Melissa Jackson. Using the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, this immersive experience helps activate the body’s natural ‘rest and restore’ response, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and improved sleep.
