What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.

Do you offer valet parking?

Yes, we offer valet parking for $45 a day with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

Valet services are unavailable from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. If your plans include checking in or accessing your vehicle during these hours, kindly let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange accommodations for you.

How close are you to the heart of downtown Portland?

We are an easy 15-minute walk to the heart of Old Port. From our location in the West End, you can easily walk through the Arts District to the center of town—or you can take advantage of our complimentary bikes or luxury car service.

Can you help me make arrangements for touring and dining?

Of course. We have 24-hour concierge service and staff eager to help.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, there is a fitness center on the second floor featuring:

• 3 bikes (including one Technogym Skillbike that simulates a true cycling experience)
• 2 treadmills
• 1 rower
• Barbell and rack kettlebells for core strength workouts
• Yoga mats
• Mobility tools

Chakra Series Hatha Deep Stretch Yoga classes are offered in the fitness center from 9-10am on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. They are complimentary for guests.

Do you allow pets?

Of course! We have several rooms on the third floor that are dedicated pet-friendly rooms. We love when our guests bring their pets, but to keep everyone safe and comfortable, we ask that owners follow these guidelines:

• Pet Fee: $100 per stay, per pet 
• Pets must be leashed in all public areas
• No pets on furniture or in bathtubs/showers
• Please feed pets in tiled areas only
• Wipe paws before re-entering the building
• Pets should not be left alone in rooms
• Staff may enter if a pet appears distressed or disruptive

A full list of policies will be provided upon check in, where guests will be asked to review and sign our Pet Guest Agreement. If you have any questions about your pet’s stay or would like to see the Agreement in advance, please send us an email or give us a call.

What is included in your hotel fee?

Our $35 daily hotel fee includes premium Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, access to our fitness center, and Henry's Study. Guests can also enjoy complimentary bikes for exploring Portland, our guest pantries, unlimited use of the hotel vehicle (subject to availability), locally roasted coffee and fair trade tea in their rooms, and access to EV charging stations.
